Established 2007, Nestaway Boats (owner of Electric Outboard Shop) is the world’s leading specialist in folding and inflatable dinghies, canoes and kayaks.
 

It may seem obvious: customers who want portable boats want portable engines too. Electric outboards are much easier to transport and store, and put on/take off the boat, than petrol ones...so the synergy is very strong.
 

We started selling Torqeedos in 2008, when they first turned up in the UK. And when, about five years ago, Epropulsion came along, it seemed intuitive to us that customers would want to compare the two alongside each other. So we took the decision to stock both brands. This was controversial at the time, but seems to have been the right decision as we now know that we were the UK's No.1 Dealer for both Torqeedo and Epropulsion (2020 season)...

We use electric outboards, of choice, for our own boating, and have a good understanding of where they work and where they don’t. We’ll even tell you if we think the technology isn’t quite there yet, for your particular application. We hold stock of the popular items and because we sell a lot of electric motors our stock turnover is fast (ie it's all recent).
